I'm a little afraid to go into that office. Those Park Rangers are vicious and mean. The one lady literally made me cry last time I was in reserving a site. Actually, she made me turn red and then steam came out of my ears and then I spoke in a very irritated manner and then I cried. It was pathetic. But, they have all these rules, like limits on how many children and how many adults can stay one campsite. Our family automatically exceeds the limit. HORROR of HORRORS!! And limits on how you can only reserve one campsite per green key and you can only get a green key through a serious of applications and picture IDs and SS#s and birth certificates and blood tests!! I swear, it must be run by the Bubby Mofia or something. You'd think we didn't have rednecks in the Hamptons, but we do. We do!
So, anyway...
Wish me luck. Nicki is picking me up at 2:30 and we're gonna see if there are any available spots for next weekend. WOOHOO! And after camping (if we can pass the Nazi tests) it's paintballing on Sunday with the youth group. Ahhhh... one of the moms is up in arms about us taking the youth paintballing. She believes it sends them the wrong message!!! BAHahahaha!! I think I used to be like that. HAHAHAH!! Paintballing totally rocks! It's just some good healthy competition. And then again... I've become quite liberal in my value system, I suppose. We even upped our cable beyond the basic 20 bogus chanels to IO. *GASP*
